Our office is up on the third floor of D-4 in the Civil Lines area of Delhi. We are situated right near the police station, which makes the location very easy to describe to people. Civil Lines is a bit different from the rest of Delhi, with its wide streets and old trees, though it still has its share of noise and dust. Working on roads and bridges means we are often looking at big plans and dealing with a lot of technical details. Our space on the third floor is where we gather to sort out the logistics. It is a basic setup with some old desks and plenty of files. We don't go in for fancy decorations. We spend a lot of time discussing projects and making sure we have everything lined up for the crews. Delhi weather can be pretty extreme, so we have the AC running most of the summer just to stay focused. It’s a busy environment, and sometimes it feels like we are juggling ten things at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and move on to the next task. Being near the police station means it’s a fairly safe and stable spot for our base. We just keep our heads down and try to get the road work done in the city. It is honest, heavy work that keeps us busy.
