Lloyds Insulation

We are based in Gurgaon, which has changed so much since we first started. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s all traffic and tall buildings everywhere you look. Lloyds Insulation is a small part of that big city landscape. We don’t have a specific landmark address listed besides being in the city, so we often have to give directions over the phone. Our daily routine is pretty basic. We show up, check the orders, and see what needs to be delivered or installed. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or the printer running. The Gurgaon heat in May and June is something we just have to deal with. We have an old AC that works when it feels like it. It’s a very plain office, mostly filled with samples of insulation materials and rolls of paper. We don't really do the whole modern office culture thing. We just focus on the work. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the local dhabas because the food is better there than anything we could bring. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like the familiarity of it. We just keep our heads down and handle the insulation side of the business for the local area. It takes time to get things right, but we stay busy.
