Amit Goswami is the one running things here at House Number 431-E. We are located on 7th Street in Madan Puri, which is a pretty well-known part of Gurgaon. The pin code is 122001 if you are looking us up. It is a local office, tucked away in the residential lanes. You’ll see a lot of bikes parked outside during the day. We deal with LIC and OIC work mostly. The office space is basically a converted part of the house, so it feels very informal. You might hear the neighbor’s kids playing outside while we are going through policy papers. We’ve got a couple of desks and some plastic chairs for when people stop by to chat or drop off documents. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, so we are always wiping down the tables. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just a small board. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live in the colony. Madan Puri is a tight-knit place. We usually have the fans going and keep the door open to catch a breeze. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We spend a lot of time on the phone or filling out forms manually. It's just a simple operation here. We have been in this spot for years and everyone in the street knows Amit. It’s a busy life but we like being right in the middle of the community.
