Liberty Footwear Company

We are based out of Liberty House on Railway Road. We’ve been using P.O. Box 103 for as long as I can remember. The building is a bit of a landmark around here. We mainly deal with shoes and all kinds of footwear. It is a big operation but we try to keep things simple. We don't use a lot of complicated words to talk about our shoes. They are just shoes meant for walking and working. Most of our day is spent managing the warehouse and making sure the boxes go out to the right places. Since we are near the railway, it makes it easier to move things around. We have a lot of history in this building. You can see it in the way the floors are worn down in certain spots. We don’t really care about being trendy or having a polished image. We just want to make sure the quality of the footwear stays the same year after year. The staff here has been around for decades in some cases. We know each other well. It’s a noisy place with the trains going by, but we are used to it. We just keep the doors open and do our jobs. People know where to find us if they need something sturdy. We aren't going anywhere. This place has been our work home for a very long time and we like it that way. It just feels right being here.
