We have been running things here at Leighton Constructions India for a good while now. Our main spot is over at 200/16 in Shivajee Nagar. It is pretty easy to find since it is right near Civil Line in Gurgaon. Usually, the office is quite busy with people coming in and out to talk about different projects. We handle a lot of the local building work around Haryana. Some days are tougher than others when the weather gets really hot or the traffic is bad near the city center. It is just a regular office where we keep all the files and meet the crew before heading out to sites. People around here know us as just another local business trying to get things done right. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, some maps on the wall, and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day. If you walk past Shivajee Nagar, you might see our sign. It isn't the biggest, but it does the job. Most of the guys have been with us for years, so we all know how the others work. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes we are juggling three or four different things at once. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we started, with new buildings popping up everywhere. We just stay in our corner and keep moving forward with whatever is on the schedule for that week. It's a lot of hard work, but we are used to it by now.
