Lease Hr

We are based in Gurgaon, over in the Civil Lines area. Our office is room 403 in the Dron Apartments. Civil Lines is one of those parts of town that feels a bit different from the newer, glass-covered parts of Gurgaon. It has its own pace. Lease Hr is basically a small team of us who handle human resources tasks. We spend our days looking at resumes, talking to people on the phone, and trying to match folks with the right jobs. It is a lot of talking and a lot of listening. Dron Apartments is a regular building, and our office is just a functional space where we keep our records. We don't have a big receptionist or a coffee bar. We usually just make our own tea and get back to the emails. The work can be tiring because you are dealing with people's careers, which is a big deal. We don't use any fancy corporate jargon to describe what we do. We just help with leasing out staff and managing HR needs for various people who call us. Gurgaon is a fast city, but in Civil Lines, we feel like we can breathe a bit. We’ve been here for a while now and we like the location. It’s simple, it’s honest work, and we just try to keep the wheels turning for our clients every single day without any fuss or fancy titles.
