Leading Hrd Consultants is over at 233/16 in Nai Basti, Gurgaon. This part of Haryana has a very different feel than the shiny parts of the city with all the malls. We are tucked away in a more traditional neighborhood, which we actually prefer. Our office is a simple place where we handle human resources and consulting work for different people. It’s a lot of looking at resumes and talking to managers on the phone. We’ve been in Nai Basti for a while, and we like that it feels like a real community. The office itself isn’t anything to brag about—just desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full. We keep it organized, but it definitely looks like a place where people actually work every day. We don't go in for big marketing talk or fancy promises. We just try to find the right people for the right spots. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We know the neighbors and the local shops well. Being a local Gurgaon business means we see all kinds of people coming through the door. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful without making a big production out of it. Leading Hrd Consultants is just a small team doing our best in a busy part of town. We show up every morning, open the shutters, and get right to the work that needs doing.
