Layam Management

We’re located in Gurgaon, Haryana, specifically in the 122002 area. Our office is a simple setup where we handle management tasks and help people find work or sort out their staffing needs. It’s not a very large operation. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of files that need constant updating. Gurgaon is a fast-paced place, and you can see the construction of new buildings every time you look out the window. It’s loud and dusty outside, but we try to keep our space inside clean and quiet. We don't use any complicated systems; we just talk to people and try to figure out what they need. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup generator to kick in, which is just life in this part of India. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep our energy up. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to filing papers. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We’re just regular people working in an office. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name around the neighborhood. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work out fine for us so far. We’ve been doing this for a while and like the routine.
