Advance Rubber Industries

Our place, Advance Rubber Industries, is located on Dultabad Road, right near the railway station. We are in Laxman Vihar Phase 2, at number 551/9. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains going by all day long, which you eventually just get used to. We work with rubber products, which means the place usually has that specific rubbery smell that stays on your clothes. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We have some heavy machinery and benches where we get the orders ready. The yard outside often has stacks of raw materials or finished goods waiting to be picked up. Since we are on the road to the station, there’s always a lot of movement—trucks, rickshaws, and people walking by. It can get a bit chaotic when a delivery arrives at the same time a train is coming in. We’ve been at this for a while and have a small group of guys who know exactly what they’re doing with the molds and the cutters. It’s hard work, especially in the summer heat, but we stay on top of it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People just find us through word of mouth or because they see our sign from the road. It is just a regular factory doing its thing every day. We usually keep the gates open so the breeze can get inside.
