Our place is on the first floor, J-176 in Mayfield Gardens, Sector 51. That’s in Gurgaon. We go by Laurent & Benon Management Consultants. The name sounds a bit more formal than we actually are in person. When you come up to the first floor, you’ll see we’re just a regular office with people working on laptops and talking about recruitment and management. We help other businesses figure out their staffing and how to run things better. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. We don't have any secret formulas for success. We just look at what’s happening and try to give sensible advice. The Mayfield Gardens area is pretty nice, it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs which suits us fine. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen all kinds of management problems. Usually, it’s just a matter of getting the right people in the right seats. We don’t use those big consulting words that nobody understands. We just talk plain English and try to be helpful. The coffee in the office is okay, nothing special, but it gets us through the mornings. We aren't a giant global firm with offices in every city. We’re right here in Gurgaon, focused on what’s in front of us. It’s honest work and we take it seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
