Our office is tucked away at 38/3 in the Lal Quarters area of Lohia Nagar. If you know Ghaziabad, you know that Lohia Nagar can get pretty busy with people moving around and cars everywhere. We are right there in the middle of it. The Lal Quarters have been around for a long time and they have that specific old-school look to them. We do management consulting, which sounds like a big title, but really we are just a group of people sitting in this office trying to help other businesses figure things out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents at our desks. The space isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Sometimes the street noise comes inside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is more about getting the work done and heading home at a decent hour. Ghaziabad is a tough place sometimes with the heat and the crowds, but it is home for this office. We have our files organized and our tea kettle ready for the afternoon break. It is a straightforward operation here at Laurent and Benon. We just keep our heads down and handle the consulting side of things for whoever needs us to look at their management stuff. It is just a regular office life for us.
