You can find our division out at A122 in the Bhagat Singh Colony. We are located right by the Bhiwadi Bypass in Alwar, Rajasthan. It is a very industrial and busy part of the state. There are trucks and heavy vehicles moving past us all day long, so it gets quite dusty and noisy. Working here for Larsen&Toubro Ecc Division means being prepared for the heat, which can be quite something during the summer months. Our office is a simple setup meant for practical use. We don't have any polished interiors or fancy furniture. It is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of technical drawings. We focus on the work happening out on the bypass and the surrounding areas. The colony itself is a mix of residential and commercial spots, so there is a bit of everything around us. We usually eat our lunch together and talk about how the projects are progressing. It’s a straightforward environment where everyone knows what they need to do. Rajasthan has a certain toughness to it, and we think our team reflects that. We don’t make things more complicated than they need to be. We just show up, do the work, and deal with whatever challenges the day brings, whether it’s a sandstorm or a delayed shipment. It is a hardworking place with no room for anything that isn't essential. We keep things moving forward no matter the weather.
