We've been at C 531 in Sushant Lok Phase 1 for a while now. It's on the first floor of Block C, and it’s where we spend most of our working hours. Most days you'll find a couple of us here drinking tea and looking at property listings on our screens. It isn't a massive office, just a workspace where we try to keep track of what's happening in the neighborhood. Sushant Lok is a busy place and things change fast around here. We handle the paperwork and the talking part of buying or renting places. It’s mostly just us answering phones and meeting people who walk in with questions. Some days are quiet, others are a bit of a mess with files everywhere on the desks. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular office setup with a few chairs and a printer that occasionally jams. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend most of our time driving around looking at different sites. If you’re around Block C, you might see our sign hanging out there. We try to be helpful when people ask about prices or who is selling what. It’s a lot of coordination, really. We spend a lot of time on the phone with owners and lawyers trying to get things sorted. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. It’s just how it goes in a small real estate setup. We keep things pretty simple here at Lapis Realty LLP. Nothing too complicated, just local work for local people.
