Lanco Infratech Ltd

Our Kota office for Lanco Infratech Ltd is located right near the Govt. Engineering College. Being so close to the Rajasthan University affiliation makes it a pretty interesting spot for us. We’ve been here for a while, and because of the location, we often have a lot of energy around us from the college area. The office is where we manage our regional infrastructure projects. It’s a basic, no-nonsense setup where the focus is entirely on the technical and administrative work that comes with big construction and power jobs. We have a lot of engineers on the team, so there’s always a lot of technical talk going on. The desks are usually covered in drawings and project schedules. It’s not a polished corporate environment; it’s more of a working office where people aren't afraid to get their hands dirty or spend long hours on a problem. We’ve seen a lot of students pass by over the years, and it keeps the area feeling lively. Inside, we’re just focused on making sure our projects are moving along as they should. We handle a lot of logistics and site management from this desk. It can be quite busy, and there’s always something that needs attention, whether it’s a supplier issue or a change in the building plan. We just take it one day at a time and keep our focus on the work at hand. It’s a solid, practical place.
