Lanco Infratech Limited

In New Delhi, Lanco Infratech Limited has a small office at Devi Singh House. We are specifically in Room No-19 of the B-19 block in Katwaria Sarai, which is part of the Hauz Khas area. It’s a very busy neighborhood with lots of students and narrow streets. Our space isn’t very large, but it’s enough for our local operations. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate headquarters. You can hear the sounds of the street from our window, which keeps things interesting. We handle a lot of the local administrative work and keep in touch with our partners from this room. It’s a humble setup with just the basics—desks, chairs, and our computers. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big glass entrance. People usually find us by asking around the building. It gets a bit hot in the summer, and the stairs can be a bit of a workout, but we like it here. It’s a practical location for staying connected to the heart of the city. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not; we’re just a small group of people working on infrastructure projects. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s a straightforward place where the focus is always on the work at hand. No matter how busy it gets outside, we just keep our heads down and stay busy inside.
