It feels good when someone we helped gets a call back for an interview. We do not promise anything impossible, we just look at what skills people have and try to match them with a job that fits. The office has a few desks and chairs, and we keep a big pot of tea going for anyone who stops by. Jalesar Road is always moving, and we are just happy to be a part of the community here. It is not about being a big corporate office; it is about knowing the local people and helping them find a way to earn a living. We just try to be honest with everyone who walks in and looks for a new start.
