We’re based at 87 Idc in Sector 16, Gurgaon. It’s pretty close to Gia House if you’re looking for a landmark. This is where we handle a lot of the backend stuff for our lab services. It’s a practical workspace filled with computers and some lab equipment. We aren't really the type of place that has a big decorated lobby. It’s more of a functional site where we make sure tests are processed and people get their results on time. Gurgaon is always moving fast, and there’s always construction or traffic right outside our window. We just keep our focus on the samples and the data. The people working here have been doing this for years, so we’ve got a rhythm down. We don’t spend money on big ads; we just make sure the work is accurate. It can get a bit tedious checking numbers all day, but it’s what the job requires. We usually have coffee in the breakroom and talk about normal stuff before getting back to the screens. It’s a straightforward operation. No big mysteries or complicated goals. We just take the orders, do the tests, and send them out. It’s what keeps us occupied from Monday to Saturday. Even when it gets busy, we just take it one sample at a time and try to stay out of the rain. We just keep our heads down and work.
