L & T Gulf

Gurgaon is where we’re based, specifically at H.No. 787/5 in Patel Nagar. If you know the area, you’ll recognize it as one of those older parts of town that hasn't been replaced by high-rise glass buildings yet. This L & T Gulf office is actually just a regular house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It makes the whole atmosphere feel a bit more relaxed than a standard corporate building. A small yard in the front holds some of the equipment and a few staff bikes. Gurgaon can be a bit of a mess with the dust and the constant construction, but Patel Nagar is slightly tucked away from the worst noise. Our pin code is 122001. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks, chairs, and various maps on the walls. No receptionist is on duty here. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. Days are spent on the phone or looking at site plans for different projects. Power cuts happen once in a while, so our backup generator gets a workout, even if it’s a bit noisy. We all bring our own lunch and eat together in the small kitchen area. It’s a simple way of working. Suits aren't common here unless there’s a really important meeting. We just focus on getting the work done.
