We work out of Flat 704 in the Elite Tower. It is part of the Mapsko Royale Ville complex over in Sector 82. It is a residential-style setup that we have turned into our workspace for the consultancy. Most of what we do involves looking at power systems and giving advice on how to fix things or make them run better. It is very technical work. We have a lot of diagrams, maps, and technical manuals lying around on the desks. It is not a showroom; it is a place where actual work happens every day. There are usually two or three of us here at any given time. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or on the phone talking to technicians out in the field. Sometimes we have to head out ourselves for site visits, so the office stays empty for a few hours. We have been in Sector 82 for a bit now and we like the area. It is a lot quieter than the main city center of Gurgaon. We do not have a fancy reception or anyone to greet you at the door when you walk in. You just come in and we are probably already busy with some calculation or report. We like to keep things simple. No corporate jargon, just straight talk about what needs to be done with the power consultancy projects we take on. It is a steady job for us.
