We are located on the first floor of building number 140 in Jyoti Park. It’s right across from Geeta Bhavan in the New Colony area. Since we are on the first floor, you have to walk up the stairs, which keeps us moving throughout the day. The office is mostly filled with boxes of surgical equipment and supplies. We spend a lot of time checking invoices and making sure the inventory matches what’s on the shelves. New Colony is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some tall metal cupboards for the smaller items. It’s a basic setup, really. We don't have fancy lights or a reception desk that looks like a hotel. We just focus on getting the supplies ready for the local hospitals and clinics that call us. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding a place to park on the street below, but we usually sort it out. We keep a kettle in the back for making tea when things get quiet in the late afternoon. It’s just a regular workplace where we show up, do the job, and go home. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. Most days go by fast because there is always some paperwork to finish or a shipment to unpack and count before the sun goes down.
