Our office for Kpmg is located in Gurgaon, specifically at Building No 10 in Dlf Cyber City. We are up on the 8th floor in Tower B. This whole area in Phase 2 is always buzzing with people and cars. It is one of those big glass buildings that you see everywhere in this part of town. Getting to work involves taking the elevator up every morning. From the windows, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding city and the other towers. We have a lot of desks set up in a large open space. People are usually typing away or having meetings in the small glass rooms. It is a busy environment. We stay here for most of the day, dealing with various numbers and reports. Dlf Cyber City is a huge complex, so there are always people walking around the common areas. We usually go down for lunch or grab something from the nearby stalls. The 122002 area is really the hub of Gurgaon. At Kpmg, we just follow the daily routine of office work. It is a lot of emails and phone calls. The lights stay on pretty late sometimes when there is a lot to finish. It is a modern building but inside it is just like any other place where people work hard. We have our coffee breaks and chat a bit, then get back to the tasks. It’s a steady pace here in Gurgaon for us.
