You can find us at H.No.117 in Sector 4 of Gurgaon. It’s a regular house that we’ve converted into our office space. 122 001 is the area code here. Korn/Ferry International has been operating out of this location for a while now. It’s quite different from the big shiny buildings you see in other parts of Gurgaon, but it suits us just fine. We have our desks set up in the different rooms of the house. It feels a bit more comfortable than a cold corporate office. The garden outside is a bit overgrown, but it’s okay to look at when we take a break. We don’t have any fancy signage, just the house number 117. Inside, it’s mostly just us, our phones, and our laptops. It gets a bit busy during the middle of the week, and the house can feel a little full of people. We usually make our own coffee in the kitchen and talk about the news. Korn/Ferry International might be a big name, but here in Sector 4, we are just like any other local workplace. We try to keep things grounded and simple. The street is usually quiet, except for the occasional car or street vendor passing by. We like the pace here. It’s a straightforward way to work, and we don’t feel the need to make it more complicated than it is. We just do our jobs and go from there every single day.
