We are located in Gurgaon at Sector-31. Our office is in Unnati House, which is House Number 105. Sanjit Kumar Thakur is the one who handles things here, and we are right by N.K. Yadav’s place. It’s a pretty standard setup for a lift company. We spend our days mostly answering calls and trying to keep up with the maintenance schedules for various buildings around Haryana. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old desks and chairs that have been around for years. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we have a couple of noisy fans going all day. Sector-31 is a busy area, and the traffic can be a real headache in the evenings. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the people nearby. It’s a practical location for us. We keep our tools and some basic spare parts in the back room. Sometimes the courier gets a bit lost trying to find House 105, but they usually figure it out. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. We have a small kettle for tea, and we usually take turns making a round for everyone. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time. We just focus on the job and try to keep things moving. Not much else to tell about the place really. It serves its purpose.
