We are located over at S-698 in the School Block of Shakarpur. You have to go down Street No. 7 to find us. It’s a busy neighborhood in Delhi-92, and there’s always something going on outside. Dinesh Chandra is the name you’ll usually see associated with this spot. We use this space to manage our daily schedules for the elevator work we do. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any stretch. It’s just a room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of technical manuals lying around. We spend a lot of time traveling between Gurgaon and Delhi, so this office is a central point for us. The traffic in Shakarpur can be quite something, especially during the school rush. We’ve learned to time our arrivals and departures to avoid the worst of it. Our crew is made up of regular guys who know how to use a wrench. We don’t go in for big presentations. We just look at the problem and try to find a way to fix it. It’s often hot and dusty work, but we like it well enough. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now and we know the local tea stall owner pretty well. It’s a simple life, focused on keeping things moving vertically. Most of the time we are just covered in oil and trying to find the right part for a motor. It is what we do and we don't overthink it.
