We are based over in Munirka at 251-A. It’s one of those parts of Delhi that always seems to be moving. Our office is a simple one, nothing too flashy. We spend most of our time working on elevators in the nearby residential blocks and some office buildings. We’ve got a small team here who knows the ins and outs of the machinery. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we’ve seen pretty much every problem a lift can have. The traffic around Delhi-67 can be a real headache, so we try to plan our routes early in the morning. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just have our tools and our experience. Some days are longer than others, especially when a repair takes more time than we thought it would. We just stay until it’s finished. You might see our bags and equipment sitting in the corner of the office. It’s a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve made some good friends in the neighborhood over the years. It’s a decent place to work from. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. No fancy speeches or big promises, just fixing things that are broken. If the phone rings, someone usually picks up, unless we are all underneath a lift car somewhere. It is a bit loud with the street noise, but we are used to it by now. We just want to get through the day and get the work done.
