Our Gurgaon office is located at C-624 in Sushant Lok-1. Koltepatil Developers Limited, Pune, maintains this space to handle our affairs in Haryana. Sushant Lok is a well-known area, so it’s a good place for us to be based. The office is in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the high-rise blocks nearby. We don't spend money on fancy decor because we’d rather focus on the actual development work. The weather in Gurgaon can be tough, either very hot or quite cold, so we spend a lot of time inside coordinating with our teams over the phone.
