We set up our office in Tower A, room 801 of Mapsko Paradise. It’s right in Sector 83 of Gurugram. If you know the area, you know it’s been growing fast with new buildings popping up everywhere. We focus on homes and helping people find a place to stay or invest in. It’s a lot of walking through empty apartments and checking out new developments. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our thinking and planning. Gurugram can be a bit overwhelming with all the skyscrapers, but we try to keep things simple. We talk to people about what they need and see what’s available in the market. It’s not always easy because prices change and people have specific tastes. We don't use scripts when we talk to folks; we just tell them what we think about a property. Sometimes we tell them a place isn't worth it, even if it means we don't make a sale that day. We want to be the kind of people you can actually talk to without feeling like you’re being sold something. Living and working in Sector 83 means we see the changes firsthand. We’re just a small team trying to make sense of the local real estate scene for whoever asks us for help. It’s a lot of driving around and looking at floor plans, but we are used to the pace by now.
