We are based over in Sector 31 in Gurgaon, dealing with things for Kharb Estate & Infrastructure. Even though the name says N. Delhi, our physical spot is right here in the Gurgaon area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of construction and new buildings going up all the time. Our office is a place where we manage various estate and infrastructure projects without much fuss. We aren't the type of company to have a big glass building or a lobby full of plants. It’s more about blueprints, site visits, and making sure the math adds up on our projects. The team is quite small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking on site progress. We’ve been around this area for a while and seen how much it has changed over the years. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when we have deadlines looming for a new infrastructure piece. We use basic tools and keep our records in order as best as we can. It’s practical work. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or marketing experts. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw one of our sites. It’s just a group of us trying to build things that last in this growing city.
