Our place, Kelly Material Handling Equipment India Pvt. Ltd., is inside the Tecnova Building at 335, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV. If you know Gurgaon, you know how industrial this area feels. There are always trucks moving and people in uniforms walking around. Our office is a bit plain, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time looking at diagrams of forklifts and other handling gear. The building itself is quite sturdy, and we have a good view of the road from some of the windows. It gets very busy around here during the shift changes. Inside, the desks are usually covered in manuals and some coffee mugs. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We are more interested in making sure the equipment orders are moving through the system. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in this area. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. We don’t talk much about goals or anything like that, we just handle the paperwork and talk to the technicians. It's a steady rhythm of work that hasn't changed much in years. We just keep our heads down and get it done. It's mostly quiet work except for the sound of the phones and the heavy traffic outside on the main road that never seems to stop.
