We operate from Sector Gamma I in Greater Noida. Our office is on the first floor of House Number C-374, care of R.P. Singhi. Even though we are part of the Gurgaon branch for KEC, this is where we are based for the local work in Noida. It’s a typical residential-commercial mix in this sector. The office is basically a few rooms on the first floor. It’s not a huge space, but it’s where we do all our coordination. We have a small crew that manages the site work and the paperwork. You’ll usually find someone on the phone trying to track down a delivery or talking to the field teams. Greater Noida is quite spread out, so we spend a lot of time traveling between here and the actual project sites. The office is a place to regroup and get the admin work finished. We don’t have any flashy signs out front. It’s just a house where we have our desks and some equipment. It’s simple and gets the job done. We’ve been here for a while and the landlord is a nice person. We don’t really do anything besides the work itself. There’s no marketing team or fancy sales pitch here. Just people doing their jobs and making sure the transmission projects stay on schedule. It’s a bit cramped with all the files, but we make it work somehow and keep things moving.
