Our corporate office for Kazstroyservice Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. is on the second floor of H. No. 2268 A in Gurgaon. Even though it is called a "corporate office," don't expect anything too polished. It’s a workspace in Haryana where we handle the bigger decisions and the main accounts. Gurgaon is a fast-paced city, but our office feels a bit more old-school. We have stacks of papers and people constantly moving around between rooms. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of cars and people. We spend a lot of time on calls with the different sites across the country. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines. It’s just a regular building where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't interested in sounding impressive. We just want to make sure the work gets done and everyone gets paid on time. The atmosphere is pretty casual; we don’t wear suits unless someone very important is coming by. Usually, it’s just us in our work shirts, drinking too much coffee and trying to solve the problem of the day. It’s a busy, unpolished place that works for us.
