Kaushik Traders

We have been set up here at Old Railway Road for quite a while now. Most people know the Shiv Murti Chowk area, and our place at 222/12 is right in the thick of things. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after the first few months. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where we keep our stock and handle the daily paperwork. Usually, the morning starts with moving some boxes around and checking what came in the day before. Kaushik Traders is basically just us doing our thing every day, making sure things are where they need to be. The neighbors are alright, mostly other shops doing the same kind of work. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so there is a lot of sweeping involved. We don't have a big staff or anything, just a few of us who know where everything is kept on the shelves. It can be a bit cramped when a big delivery arrives, but we manage to find space eventually. People stop by because they are passing through the chowk or they live nearby and know we are here. It is a simple way to earn a living, honestly. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the front look like a mall. It is more about getting the work done and heading home when the sun goes down.
