Kapico India Pvt Ltd is located near the Basera Boys Hostel. It’s right near Unitech House in South City 1. Having a hostel nearby means there are always students and young people walking around, which keeps the energy up in the neighborhood. South City 1 is a decent area to work in, though it gets a bit crowded during the morning rush. Our office is a practical space. We don't have any of those modern glass walls or bean bags you see in the movies. It’s just regular desks and computers. Finding us isn't too hard if you look for Unitech House first; everyone knows where that is. We’ve been here for a few years now and have settled into a good rhythm. The staff is small, so we all know each other well and usually share lunch together. There’s a tea stall just around the corner that makes a great cup, which helps us get through the long afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup if we have to. It’s not a perfect place, but it’s our place and it serves its purpose. We deal with all sorts of things throughout the day, mostly just keeping the business moving forward without any grand plans or fancy talk. It’s just a group of people doing their best in a busy part of the city.
