Kan Impex

You can find Kan Impex on the third floor of Cement House. We are located on Station Road, very close to the Sabras Hotel. It’s a busy spot because of the proximity to the station, so there are always people rushing around outside. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all our import and export work. We’ve been here for a number of years now and the walls are covered with old calendars and maps. It isn't a modern glass-and-steel office, but it’s comfortable and it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The noise from the station occasionally drifts up, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets here. Most of the people who come to see us are long-time associates who know the building well. The stairs can be a bit dusty, but that’s just part of the charm of an older place like Cement House. We don't bother with much decoration because we are usually too busy to notice it. We focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the shipments are tracked. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes the days run long. If you are looking for us, just find the Sabras Hotel on Station Road and look for the building next door. Head up to the third floor and we will be there. We’ve always preferred this part of town because it feels like the heart of the commercial district.
