KAD Advisors LLP

Our office is up on the fourth floor of B-472 in Sushant Lok Phase-1. It is a bit of a climb, but we like being up high where it is a little quieter. KAD Advisors LLP is the name on the door. We have been working out of this Gurgaon spot for a while. Sushant Lok is a pretty well-known area, so most people don't have too much trouble finding us once they get into the right block. The fourth floor gives us a decent view of the rooftops nearby. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and way too many notebooks. We do advisory work, which means we spend a lot of time talking and listening to people's problems. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our words; we just tell people what we think and hope it helps. It is a straightforward approach. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, so we have a few extra fans sitting around. The office feels lived-in, with some mismatched chairs and a coffee machine that is the most important piece of equipment we own.
