Kabir Leathers

We are located at Plot 262 in Sector-6, over in IMT Manesar. This is a big industrial area, so it’s all about factories and warehouses around here. Our place is dedicated to leather work. When you walk inside, the first thing you notice is the heavy smell of tanned hides. It’s a scent we’ve all grown used to, but visitors always mention it. We have several machines for cutting and treating the leather, and they make a fair amount of noise during the day. It’s an industrial space, so the floors are concrete and the walls are plain. We spend our hours measuring, cutting, and checking the skins for any blemishes. It’s hard work and your hands usually end up pretty tired by the end of the shift. The commute to Manesar can be long for some of us, but we’re here every morning like clockwork. We don't really have a sales team or a showroom. We just focus on the production side of things. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse gets to be a lot, but we just open the big bay doors to get a breeze. We handle the materials carefully and try to minimize waste. It’s a straightforward operation. We just do the leather work and keep the machines running as they should. It isn't a glamorous job, but it's what we know how to do, day in and day out.
