You can find us over at Princeton Estate in DLF Phase-5. It’s a pretty well-known spot in Gurgaon. Our office is P-2C/15. It’s a decent place to work, though the commute through Gurgaon traffic can be a real headache some mornings. We have a small team here. It’s mostly about getting through the project lists and keeping up with the emails. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours. We’d rather just sit down and do the drawings or the planning. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. Someone usually brings in snacks, and we have the radio on in the background. Princeton Estate is a good location, and it feels safe and settled. We’ve been in this specific unit for a bit, so we’ve finally figured out the best way to arrange the desks to catch the light. It’s not a flashy design studio with bean bags and espresso machines. We just have standard desks and good computers. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. If something needs to be finished late, we stay and get it done. It’s just how we operate. DLF Phase-5 has changed a lot since we first arrived, with more buildings going up every year. We just keep doing our thing at Jr+A. It’s a steady pace that suits us fine.
