Our facility is located at 78 in the New DLF Industrial Area. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for fun. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s all about production and getting the job done. At Jsr Steering Pvt.Ltd., we focus on the mechanical side of things. The building is a large warehouse style with high ceilings and big fans that try to keep the air moving. It’s loud in here because of the machines and the metal being moved around. We all wear heavy boots and work clothes that can take a bit of grease and dirt. There isn't a fancy lobby or a coffee bar. We have a small corner for our desks where we handle the orders and shipping schedules. Most of the people working here have been with us for years and they know the equipment inside out. We start work very early in the morning, often when it’s still dark outside, to get a head start on the day's production. The road outside is always full of trucks coming and going. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready environment, but it suits us. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just make the steering parts and make sure they get to where they need to go. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best. It is just a regular factory doing its job.
