Jones Lang Lasalle

We are based at 1335 in Maruti Vihar, Gurgaon. This area is very familiar to anyone who has lived in this part of the NCR for a while. It’s a residential pocket that feels a bit more settled than the high-rise zones further out. Our office is a simple setup inside one of the buildings there. It doesn't look like much from the outside, just a regular gate and some stairs leading up. Inside, we have a few rooms dedicated to our work for Jones Lang Lasalle. We mostly deal with local property management and data. The desks are a bit worn and there are files everywhere, but it’s a functional space where we can actually get things done. The noise from the street is usually just the sounds of the colony—people chatting, cars moving slowly, and the occasional delivery bike. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and find us at our desks. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused, especially during the long summer days when the air conditioning is working overtime. It’s a practical environment. We know the local area well and we spend our time making sure all the paperwork for the properties we handle is in order. It’s just an honest day’s work for us in a neighborhood we’ve grown quite fond of over the years.
