We are based at 980 in Jawahar Colony, which is right on 60 Feet Road in Faridabad. This part of Haryana always seems to have something going on. There is a lot of dust from the road and plenty of noise from the trucks and cars passing by throughout the day. Our office is in Khand-B. It’s a straightforward building that fits right in with the other shops and small businesses on the street. We’ve been working out of this space for Omaxe for a while now. The interior is pretty basic. We have our desks, a few cabinets for all the files, and a small area where people can wait if they need to see us. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We don’t have a fancy reception area. It’s more of a place where you just walk in and see everyone working. We spend our time checking on property details or answering questions from people who stop by. The neighborhood is very active, and we know most of the people who run the shops next door. It’s a practical location for us. We just focus on the daily grind and making sure the records are kept straight. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s just our workspace where we try to stay on top of everything without too much fuss.
