Jobnet

Jobnet has been operating out of our space for some time now. Even though our address listed as Dfdfdf looks a bit strange on paper, we are a real group of people working hard every single day. We are in the business of getting people into jobs, which means our office is never really quiet. There is always someone calling or a notification popping up on the screen. We don't have a lot of the fancy extras that big companies have. Our furniture is a bit mismatched, and the carpet is wearing thin in the high-traffic areas. But we don't mind that because it shows we are actually using the space. We spend a lot of time listening to people's stories and trying to figure out where they might fit in the working world. It's not always easy, and sometimes we can't help everyone, but we try our best. The staff here is down-to-earth and we don't like using complicated language when simple words will do. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about stuff that has nothing to do with resumes. It’s a bit of a chaotic environment sometimes, with papers flying around and phones ringing constantly, but we’ve grown used to it. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a local office doing what we can to keep things moving. It’s honest work, and we are glad to be doing it here.
