Joblinkers Consultancy

We are a small consultancy based right here in Gurgaon. We don't have a long, fancy address to give out in our documents, just the city we call home. We help people find jobs, which is why we called ourselves Joblinkers. It’s a simple name for a simple task. Gurgaon is a huge place with thousands of companies, and it’s easy for someone looking for work to get lost in the shuffle of all those big buildings. We try to be the bridge between those people and the companies that need them. Our setup is pretty basic. We spend most of our time talking to people and trying to understand what they’re actually good at, rather than just what’s written on their paper resume. It’s not always easy because sometimes people want jobs they aren't quite ready for, and we have to be honest with them about it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny office in one of those new glass towers with a lobby. We mostly work out of a quiet space where we can focus on our calls. A lot of our days are spent making calls and sending out emails to see who's hiring this week. We've been doing this for a bit now, and we've learned that it's mostly about persistence and staying patient. Some weeks are great and we get a lot of people placed, and other weeks are very slow. We don't make any grand promises to anyone.
