J.M.D.Promoters Ltd.

Our office for J.M.D.Promoters Ltd. is located in Gurgaon, over at Ganga Appartments. Specifically, we are in Flat number 3 on the 3rd floor. This is in the Shanti Nagar area of Haryana. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we like the spot. Gurgaon is always growing and changing, but Shanti Nagar feels a bit more settled than the newer parts of the city. We work out of this apartment turned office, which gives it a bit of a homey feel. It’s not your typical high-rise office with elevators and security guards at every turn. We prefer it this way. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of paperwork regarding different properties and projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different locations. When we are in the office, it’s mostly about getting the admin work sorted. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big buzzwords to describe what we do. We are promoters, and we just handle the day-to-day tasks that come with that. It’s a practical way to run things in a busy city like this. We just keep it simple and focus on the tasks at hand.
