Jmd Hr Consultant Llp is tucked away at House Number 431/5 in Patel Nagar. It’s a very local feel here. We aren’t in one of those huge office parks. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our consulting practice. We focus on HR work, which mostly involves helping people find jobs and helping small companies find the right workers. Our office is a bit lived-in, with stacks of paper and empty tea cups on the desks. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. We just come in and do the work. Patel Nagar is a busy area, but our street is a bit quieter. We’ve been here for a good while and know the neighbors pretty well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to emails. Sometimes we have people dropping by without an appointment, and we just fit them in whenever we can. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just help businesses with their staffing needs and try to do a decent job of it. Our space at 431/5 is comfortable enough for us. We like the independence of running our own small outfit. It feels more personal this way. You won’t find any polished marketing here, just us working through our daily lists and trying to stay on top of everything. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people.
