You can find us at plot no 31p in Sector 38. This part of Gurgaon is quite active because it is close to the hospital and the main highway. J.M. Leasing Realtors LLP is our small firm. We operate out of a basic office on the plot. It isn't anything fancy, just some desks and chairs where we can sit down and go through the property listings. Sector 38 has a lot of movement because of the nearby commercial areas. We focus mostly on leasing, which means a lot of checking on who is moving in and out. The phone rings a lot throughout the day, usually folks asking about office spaces or residential spots nearby. We spend a good chunk of our time driving around to different sites to make sure everything is in order. The paperwork is never-ending, but we try to stay organized. It is the kind of job where you meet a lot of different people, from local landlords to folks looking for a new place to start a business. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on being here every day and knowing the streets around Sector 38. It is a practical, hands-on way to work. We just take the calls, show the properties, and handle the lease documents as they come. It is a busy life here, but it is what we do.
