J.K.Laxmi Cement Limeted

We are located in the IMT Manesar area. It is a big industrial zone and there is always noise and trucks moving around. The cement plant stays busy most of the time. We have a lot of workers who come from the nearby villages. The dust is something you just get used to when you work here. We spend our days checking the bags and making sure the loading is done right. The sun gets really hot over the sheds in the afternoon. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork for the drivers. Some days the machines need fixing and that takes up all our time. It is straightforward work. We supply a lot of the construction projects happening around Gurgaon and Delhi. People know us as the place near the main road. It is not a quiet job but it is what we do. The lorries line up early in the morning before the sun is even up. We drink tea from the stall outside while we wait for the gates to open. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around. That is just how things go in Manesar. We have been here for a good while and the building has some cracks in the paint now. It doesn't matter much as long as the cement is moving. It is a long day for everyone.
