J.J.R.S is based right here in Gurgaon, specifically in the village and post area within the tehsil. We’ve stayed in this part of the district for quite some time now, way before all the massive glass buildings went up nearby. It’s a bit different from the high-rise side of Gurgaon that everyone sees on the news. Here, things feel a bit more grounded and the pace is slower. We handle various local tasks and help out with whatever needs doing for the people around us. Our setup is very basic, just a small office where we keep our records and meet people from the village. It isn't a corporate environment at all; you won't find anyone in a tie here. Usually, there’s some tea going and someone stopping by to talk about a project or just to say hello. We don’t really do any big advertising or social media. Most people just know our names because we’ve been around for years. The work varies from day to day. Some weeks are really quiet and we just catch up on our books, while other weeks are completely packed with things to do. We try to be very practical about how we handle things. If something needs fixing or a new project needs to get started, we just look at what’s in front of us and do it. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run into delays with transport, but we just deal with it as it comes.
