Our place is in Flat 602 of the Karamyogi Group Housing Society, which is over in Sector 10A in Gurgaon. It might seem a bit unusual to run things from a housing society, but it works for us. It keeps things quiet and gives us a steady place to handle the administrative side of the steel business. We don't have a big warehouse at this specific address; it’s more of a hub for our planning and paperwork. Sector 10A is a nice part of Gurgaon, and we’ve been here for a while. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the city traffic, but once we're here, it’s a good environment to get work done. We handle a lot of coordination between different sites and customers. Most of our day is spent making sure the numbers match up and the steel is moving like it should. We aren't a big, cold corporation. It’s just a handful of us sitting at desks and keeping things organized. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound like something we aren't. We just know the steel industry and we work hard to keep our part of it running. Sometimes we have meetings in the living area, and it’s all very informal. We find that being in a residential setting keeps the stress down. It’s just our little corner of the world where we get things done every day, without the usual office noise.
