Jindal Group is based out of Village and Post Office Bhuthan Kalan, which is in the Fatehabad district of Haryana. Being in a village means our pace of life is a bit different than what you’d find in a big city. Our office is more like a community hub than a corporate headquarters. We see the same faces every morning, and the rhythm of the day is often tied to what’s happening in the fields around us. We handle all our business affairs from here, whether it’s coordinating logistics or dealing with local suppliers. It’s not a polished environment; there’s usually some dust on the windows and the furniture is old but sturdy. We don't feel the need to dress up in suits or use complicated language to explain what we do. Everyone in Bhuthan Kalan knows us, so we have to keep things honest and straightforward. If we say we’re going to do something, we do it. The office can get a bit noisy when the local festival is going on, but mostly it’s just the sound of the wind and the occasional tractor. We take pride in being a Haryana-based business and staying close to our roots. It’s a lot of work to keep things running smoothly from a rural location, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time.
