Jindal Group Of Industries is located at 98, Jindal Colony, in New Delhi. Having the colony named like that makes it easy for people to find us, though it’s still a busy part of the city. Our office is one of those places where there’s always something going on. We have piles of ledgers and old files because we’ve been around long enough to accumulate a lot of history. It’s not a modern, minimalist space. It feels like a place where people actually work hard. There are desks everywhere and the tea guy comes by a few times a day to keep us going. We’re right in the middle of the New Delhi bustle, so there’s always noise from the street, but we don’t mind. It’s the energy of the city. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we’re more like a big, messy family than a group of coworkers. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive marketing campaigns. We’d rather just focus on the industrial work we’ve always done. It’s practical and straightforward. We don't use those corporate buzzwords you hear in the newer parts of town. We just talk plain English and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s a bit old-fashioned, I suppose, but it’s worked for us this long, so we’re sticking with it.
